Dog walks in East of England
Dog-friendly walks across East Anglia, from Dunwich Heath and the Suffolk coast to Thetford Forest and Sheringham Park in Norfolk.
Dunwich Heath is one of England’s finest fragments of lowland heathland, with a shingle beach at its foot where dogs can run year-round. East of England dog walks are defined more by sky and openness than by hills. Thetford Forest covers 18,730 hectares of Breckland pine with a flat trail network unlike anywhere else in this part of England. Sheringham Park adds clifftop walking and ancient woodland above the north Norfolk coast.
